Digital Humanities

and Science-Fiction studies

The digital humanities (abbreviated to “DH”) are a field of research, teaching and engineering at the crossroads of computer science and the arts, humanities and social sciences. They are characterized by methods and practices related to the use and development of digital tools in the humanities and social sciences (humanities computing, or “computational humanities”), online and offline, as well as the desire to take into account new content and digital media, as well as more traditional study objects (digital studies, or “digital studies”).
